Microbial Rennet Granular 1500 IMCU/g

RennPro® 1500 is a non-gmo, non-pathogenic granular microbial rennet that is extracted from a pure strain of Rhizomucor miehei. When added to milk, RennPro® 1500 produces the casein enzymatic cleavage, resulting in the transformation of cheese. Typically, used in the production of fresh cheeses.

Suggested Dosage: 20-40g per 264 gallons (1000l) of milk

Typically, used in the production of fresh cheeses.

Suggested Dosage: 40-70ml per 264 gallons (1000l) of milk
